To craft a department store in Nottingham’s city centre to empower and connect local independents and increase the accessibility of conscious consumption, through cultivating a creative hub within the community, and providing a compelling, and circular retail experience.

‘Hand me Downs’ department store reimagines one of Nottingham’s most iconic retail locations and provides products and services to extend the lives of items already in existence, across fashion, interiors, and lifestyle departments through resale, repair, rental and restyling. I used artificial intelligence to visualise the space.
